3. User Accounts

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify ThinkToQuizz immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
• Be at least 13 years of age or have parental/guardian consent if under 13

4. Subscription and Payments

ThinkToQuizz offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. By subscribing to a premium plan, you authorize ThinkToQuizz to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, but no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. If we change the fees, we will provide you with advance notice of the changes. Your continued use of the Service after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee amount.

5. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant ThinkToQuizz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content and that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable laws or regulations.

• Infringe on intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents

• Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to circumvent Paddle's payment processing system

7. Service Modifications

ThinkToQuizz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. We may also release new features or tools that we believe will enhance the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkToQuizz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall ThinkToQuizz's aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to ThinkToQuizz, if any, in the past 12 months.
